On-Site Recycling
Recycle Pre-Sort Resource LLC was founded in December 2008 with the primary focus of creating a balance between environmental integrity, economic sustainability, and social responsibility. We make available a comprehensive recycling service in which material resources such as aluminum, plastic, glass, and paper are removed from the waste stream, sorted on site, and recycled. This service creates real savings for our clients by reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills.

Recycle Pre-Sort Resource LLC provides expertise in a growing green industry. In October 2011, California Governor Jerry Brown signed AB 341 into law, mandating 75% waste diversion by 2020 for multifamily housing and businesses. This goal will not be possible unless comprehensive recycling programs are initiated at the grassroots level. We significantly reduce the amount of waste going to landfills, which results in major expense reductions for removing trash and debris from your client's property.
The Cost of Improper Disposal
We consult with property management companies, commercial trash haulers, and general haulers throughout California. We work to minimize the negative impacts of improper disposal of household materials and the associated costs. We have found that tenants notice when communal trash areas are free of refuse, and property managers notice when there is no longer a problem with mattresses, furniture, or electronics being dumped outside, along with bags of trash on the ground.
Creating Jobs and Opportunity
Recycle Pre-Sort Resource LLC's comprehensive recycling and eco-hauling services create jobs where jobs did not exist before. We are very much aware of the importance of providing opportunities and training for youth and veterans, who may otherwise have little access to jobs in a sustainable and well-paid industry.
