The following will be provided: Access to all administration and supporting documents for worker management, weekly trash load, calculated labor hours, Schedule/ Compensation document, TDR Memo, Apartment Area Information, Equipment Vendor List, Hauling Check List, Hauling Invoices, On-Site Recycling Invoices will be provided through the RPR Website.

Along with the required hands-on training.

General Hauling and Unit Clear-Out service charges are included. 

Recycle Pre-Sort Resource LLC acting as an On-Site Recycle & Eco Hauling Consultant with (17) years of hands-on waste management experience, specific to general hauling, apartment unit clear-outs and on-site recycling. We have developed an effective methodology for separating discarded materials. One crew of (3) workers, (1) truck, averages $60 per apartment unit, per year, with annual gross revenue of $100,000 - $120,000 from general hauling and unit clear-outs alone. In addition to:

On-Site Recycling revenue (crew of 3) will gross: $125,396 annually (at full capacity). 

The administration, operations and investment commitments of your LLC Company:

  1. RPR will train your personnel to utilize RPR Methodology in all (3) service functions.
  2. Licensing Agreement payment is included in client service charge, equal to 3.00% of labor comp.
  3. LLC will purchase a 1 - 10-foot box truck w/ RPR Logo (est. $12,100) + equipment $1,484 
  4. Logo provided free by RPR.
  5. RPR website is available for administration, information and marketing.
